Virtual Telemedicine Visit Links

Below are the links for your virtual telemedicine visit. Please click on your providers name 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time. This will allow time to test your camera and mic.

1. Type in your name to let your provider know you have arrived, then click “Check-In”.  
2. Give permission to “access your camera and mic”.
3. You should then see the following message:
