Music moves people. It connects people in ways that no other medium can. It pulls heartstrings. It acts as medicine.” Macklemore Jerry was a Combat Communicator in the United States Air Force and while processing different situations with others after multiple deployments learned the importance of developing and maintaining  mental health though all aspects of life. He believes in the three core conditions of person centered therapy Congruence: the willingness to transparently relate to clients without hiding behind a professional or personal facade. Unconditional positive regard: the therapist offers an acceptance for their client for who he or she is without conveying disapproving feelings, actions or characteristics and demonstrating a willingness to attentively listen without interruption, judgement or giving advice. Empathy: the therapist communicates their desire to understand and appreciate their client’s perspective. Through a person centered approach he will stand by each person to help the individual work toward the goal of a more balanced and mindful life. Jerry was raised throughout the country and enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grand-daughter. He loves being outside camping, hiking, walking, and kayaking.
