Cancellation Policies
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify our office at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. If you do not give sufficient notice, or you do not keep your appointment, then you may assessed a fee the missed appointment.

Holidays and Exceptions
The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
We require 48 hours notice for all medication refills.
